How Lack Of Sleep And Sleep Apnea Can Cause Weight Gain

Sleep hours have a role in overweight and obesity because of two hormones which can cause gaining weight . They are also either increased or decreased by the amount of sleep hours each night. First hormone is called Ghrelin = Hunger Hormone, which is over produced because of lack of sleep hours. The second hormone is called Leptin = Satiety Hormone which is less produced when a person doesn’t get enough sleep.
